Recipe

Ingredients:

• 8 eggs
• 250g sugar
• 250g flour
• 50g melted butter

Preparation:

• Melt your butter and let it cool.
• Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
• Whip the egg whites until stiff and add the sugar.
• Slow your mixer to medium speed and incorporate the egg yolks.
• Then the flour, and finish with the cooled butter.
• Pour into a buttered and floured mold.
• Bake immediately for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 170°c.
• Decorate the sponge cake with strawberries.
