You can request a return authorization for a defective product, for a damaged product received, for a product you wish to return, or following the reception of an incorrect product
Once one of these cases arises, do not hesitate to contact us. The following guidelines will ensure optimal processing:
- Parts must be returned in their original condition (boxes, cables, etc.), unless otherwise specified by the technician when creating the return file;
- Original packaging must be kept, as much as possible. Only original packaging can ensure the product's transportation in good condition. We particularly draw your attention to the packaging of peripherals (printers, screens) and PC cases, which are difficult to replace;
- The labels affixed to the products by the manufacturer are essential to fully benefit from the warranty;
- The address where the equipment will be returned after processing is indicated on the label provided by our services. If you wish to change it, inform our customer service before shipping your package. Do not include a note in the package, it cannot be taken into account by our after-sales service;
- Pack the items with shock-absorbing materials. Placed in sufficient quantity around the object, they will prevent any deterioration of your product during its transport;
