PANCAKE BATTER

Ingredients

• 3/4 L of milk
• 40 g of sugar
• 375 g of flour
• 10 cl of oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water (optional)

Preparation

In the blender bowl, put the eggs, oil, sugar, milk and chosen flavour.

Select the maximum speed and let it run for a few seconds. Then pour the flour through the opening of the measuring cap and let it run for 1 minute 30 seconds.


Let the batter rest for at least 1 hour before making your pancakes.
