Ingredients:

• 8 eggs
• 250g sugar
• 250g flour
• 50g melted butter

Preparation:

• Melt your butter and let it cool.
• Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
• Beat the egg whites until stiff and tighten them with the sugar
• Slow down your mixer to medium speed and incorporate the egg yolks
• Then the flour and finish with the cooled butter.
• Pour into a buttered and floured mold.
• Bake immediately for 25 to 30 min in a preheated oven at 170°c.
